PAST SCREENINGS
Stuck Like Chuck had its World Premiere at the SINY Film Festival. It was fun. Thank you for asking. Oh, and we won an Audience Choice Comedy Award.
I am very sorry that I could not make it out to Michigan for the screening/Q & A because I have heard nothing but good things about this festival. Our screening went great and I was told we got some big laughs. Thank you o everyone who supported the film and the festival!
WINNER AUDIENCE CHOICE COMEDY - SINY FILM FESTIVAL
Stuck Like Chuck had its Florida premiere on Friday November 6th at 10:50 PM at the Plaza Cinema Cafe. I was on hand for the entire festival and did a Q & A after with Joe Moran and Jocelyn DeBoer. I posted daily video updates from the festival that are still available to be viewed. I LOVED this festival!
WINNER AUDIENCE CHOICE COMEDY - SINY FILM FESTIVAL
STUCK LIKE CHUCK had what is currently its last NY screening on November 11th, 2009 as part of NewFilmmakers. I was on hand after the film for a Q & A and there was a small reception in the lobby before the film. Big thanks to the Anthology Film Archives and everyone at NewFilmmakers. STUCK LIKE CHUCK will screen for FREE at the Spurlock Museum (University of Illinois) on April 16th at 7:30 PM. The screening is part of the Boneyard Arts Festival. Jocelyn DeBoer is a graduate of U of I so this is a huge screening for us. We wish we could attend but we will not be able to make it. However, I did film a special intro to play before the film. And there will be stickers. Lots of stickers!
STUCK LIKE CHUCK will screen at 8 PM on Monday April 19th at the Market Arcade Theater as part of the Buffalo Niagara Film Festival. The short film The Teacher will screen first, followed by a filmed introduction for SLC that I created. I will not be in attendance but that doesn't mean this festival won't be amazing! There are a ton of other great films screening and some awesome filmmakers attending.
